NORTHWEST UAV
Engineered for endurance, reliability, and efficiency. Built for aircraft in the 18- to 34-kg (40- to 75-lb) weight class, the NW-44 UAV engine delivers consistent performance on both heavy fuels and gasoline, with over 28,000 operational hours logged in the field. Compact, lightweight, and low-maintenance, it provides UAV operators with a dependable, ready-to-deploy solution for long-range and demanding missions.
The NW-88 UAV engine is the most efficient and configurable UAV engine on the commercial market. A purpose-built propulsion system designed, developed, and built specifically for aircraft in the 34- to 68-kg (75- to 150-lb) weight class, with larger payload requirements; a combat-proven propulsion system for low altitude, and long-endurance flights, and reached flights up to 18,000 feet.
Endurance, Efficiency, and Power. Meet the NW-230 UAV engine EFI, a multi-fuel internal combustion engine designed explicitly for Group III UAS platforms, built for aircraft in the 90- to 160-kg (198- to 352-lb) weight class. The NW-230 is capable of operating on gasoline and heavy fuel (JP-5, JP-8, or Jet-A). Achieving flights to an altitude of ~36,000 feet DA, which is comparable to the altitude at which 737s fly daily.
NOTE: Actual performance will vary depending on PMU configuration, application, propeller, fuel type, oil, environmental conditions, type of operation, direction of rotation, generator losses, and cowling configuration. Engine application is dependent on airframe factors including: Aerodynamics, propeller, and operational concept. Fuel is subject to regional and seasonal variations. The user is responsible for testing, validating, and defining operational limits with their local fuel source. Weight does not include Generator, Generator Controller/Rectifier, or Propeller. Includes: ECU, Muffler, Engine Mount, ACHT, and Engine Harness. Horsepower depending on propeller/RPM. Please contact NWUAV for guidance.
